Claire’s interest in natural medicine came about after a period of ill health which was turned around by acupuncture. Some years after treatment, Claire could not resist any longer and embarked on a full time degree course as a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine, followed by a hospital internship in Hangzhou, China. Once back in England Claire continued to study for a further two years, gaining a post graduate diploma in Chinese Herbal Medicine. Since then she has not stopped learning, with courses in specialist acupuncture techniques and other complementary therapies.
